I was really worried about this product do to previous reviews. But we have used our water park several times since getting it. We have not had any problems. Except the water park is really big so it was hard to find a spot for it. And if you have to leave it up it will kill your grass. But my kids (ages 4,4,5,5) will play on their water park from 11am until around 6pm when it is time to come in. I have cousins and friends who also enjoy using the waterpark. The best money spent. :)

After my first use, I noticed a huge tear about the size of a soft ball on the tunnel part of the slide. Since then, I've patched 4 more large holes around the unit including the water gun. In each case, the fabric has split at the seems. The water gun basically has shredded and is not usable. I would not recommend.

Worked once, then blower stopped working. They would not replace blower.....so have used once and that's it. Customer service was rude with me on phone, didn't care I had a lemon. Would not purchase from this company.

THIS SLIDE IS A LOT OF FUN WHILE IT LASTS. WE HAD IT FOR LESS THAN TWO WEEKS WHEN THE BLOWER QUIT WORKING. WE CALLED THE MANUFACTURE WHO TOLD US THAT WE NEEDED TO RETURN THE BLOWER TO THEM AND ONCE THEY RECEIVED IT THE WOULD EITHER FIX IT OR REPAIR IT AND THEN SEND IT BACK TO US WHICH WOULD TAKE 3 TO 4 WEEKS. SO WE DECIDED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SLIDE TO AMAZON WHO SEEMS TO BE TAKING CARE OF THE RETURN PROFESSIONALLY.

My kids absolutely loved this BUT after three uses it tore at the seam by one of the air exit holes. My kids weigh 100 lbs together so it wasn't a weight issue. We kept it stored in a weather proof storage container, covered the seam tear with duck tape and it survived 5 more uses. On the next inflation the seams along the inner tunnel slide blew out. The manufacturer was anything but helpful and we were offered no resolution. They said to use the patch kit that came with the slide. OK....the patch kit is four 3 inch pieces of plastic. The blown out tunnel area is about 6 feet! It was great while it lasted but NOT worth the money. $[...] is alot to burn. Because this happened over a 5 month period, I couldn't get my money back from whom we purchased the item. Sad. I tried every angle possible, including calling the manufacturer directly and failed. They don't stand behind their products. Manufacturer only offers 60 DAY WARRANTY! Watch out.
