 Piece missing and still have not received new item.Jul 06, 2010
I ordered this item after much deliberation about which case I wanted for my IPOD Touch. I was so pleased to find something that had a clip for walking that looked cute too. I received the case in a timely matter, but when I opened the package I discovered a piece was missing for the clip. i contacted the seller right away and they apologized and said a new item would be shipped right away. After 2 weeks of waiting I decided to contact them again to check the status. They emailed me back acting like they weren't sure what I was talking about and said that a replacement clip would be sent out right away. It is going on almost 2 weeks again and still haven't received anything. I am kinda disappointed. This case has potential though.

The description is confusing. They should separate the two styles. One is a flip and has the stand. The other is a side opening and does not have a stand.
I did not realize this till just now when I was going to watch something on my itouch. It is to late to send back because I threw out the box and other papers.

I bought this for my wife, who loves it because it helps a delicate iTouch withstand the jostling that traditionally occurs within the purse of a mother of four (think snacks, sippy cups, etc). Very functional - all the necessary components remain exposed (including the light sensor) and protects the iPod sufficiently.

I don't know why they don't supply a case when you purchase and IPOD Touch, but this case works and looks perfect.
